  Man if your looking to eat hard pieces of bread this is the place to go. When I ordered my meal inside i waited about 10 minutes then was told that they where out of the soup I ordered as I saw the girl finishing off the last cup for personal eating hmmmm that sucked. The lady's and manager were very kind to me and refunded my money right away. I ended up waiting for a total of 25 minutes when it was all said and done . For what???? Hard bread ... Mushy soup and to top it off old cheese that stuck to the roof of my mouth ...... Booooo guys way to slow. Highly unrecommended

  I work for a local business that frequently orders Panera lunches for large groups and most of the time they are incorrect. Today they weren't even aware of the order until we showed up to pick it up at the promised time and they didn't even know our order had been placed. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be filled. None of the names were written on the food so we had to finger through 17 items to figure out who ordered what. Several of the items were completely incorrect (even basic non customized items). We also paid extra for ingredients that were not included. Went back to discuss this with them and they said they would give me a refund on the incorrect items and an additional gift card. Ended up just giving me a $25 gift card without a refund on anything. We won't be using this Panera any longer for large lunch orders or lunch appointments with clients, and we will encourage employees to go elsewhere for lunches. It has happened too many times.
