  Requested crispy wings, they refused because they were too busy, manager wasn't even empathetic, and the nicest, will definitely go to a different branch next time

  It was busy for the Ohio state game which I'm guessing that's normal. Our server was very over whelmed, I don't blame her for taking awhile to get drinks and our order. I blame the management because they should of staffed better. I understand people couldn't make or called off but there's always someone at every restaurant that's always open to making money. This part has nothing to do with the staff but the pricing is ridiculous, the beer specials are a joke.
