  I've only had good experiences with Golden China. When I call to place an order, the lady is very friendly and customer service oriented. Even when I can hear in the background that they are busy, she's patient and accommodating. As far as delivery goes, the wait time is minimal. During one occasion, someone forgot to pack a sauce that goes with my dish. When I called to ask about it, they were very apologetic, and sent another driver out immediately. The sauce arrived in five minutes, and the driver was also very apologetic. I wasn't upset; everyone makes mistakes. If I was a picky customer, I would feel appreciative of the way they professionally handled the situation with my needs in mind.
